Session Structure
We try to structure our sessions to balance the needs of parents with minimising disruption to the children and daily routine within the setting.
At the moment until we get more children attending, we are open:
• Monday – Thursday: 8:30am – 3pm
• Friday: 9am – 3pm
Our daily session structures, with the billable hours, are:
• Full time – 8:30 – 15:00
• Mornings 8:30/9:00- 12:00 or to 13:00 including packed lunch
• Additional hours can be requested to the part-time and part-day structures as required, if capacity at Chatterbox allows.
Each child must attend a minimum of two 3-hr sessions per week.
Our Fees
Chatterbox pre-school fees are charged by the hour:
• Under 36 months old – £6:90 p/hr
• Over 36 months old – £6:55 p/hr
Chargeable Extras
Snack £1:00
Bills are distributed to parents during the first week of each month and payment is expected one week later. Cash, cheques, childcare vouchers or BACS are all acceptable.

Fees are payable, as per your child’s confirmed session bookings. Should you take your child out for the day, go on holiday or if they are absent due to illness you will remain liable for the charge.
Late collections will incur a late payment fee of £10 for every 10 minutes or part of 10 minutes that the child remains uncollected.
Any changes to fees or charges will be decided at a committee meeting of the Trustees and Managing Committee. Parents will be informed and given a terms notice of any charges.
